Blur, Entanglement, Unspoken Intimate

This editorial is based on the final collection of talented menswear designer Rachel Wang from UAL: London College of Fashion. Inspired by Tadzio, the beautiful youth from Thomas Mann’s Death in Venice, her collection reimagines him as a contemporary male muse, exploring the hidden currents of desire and restraint through the symbolism of sailor’s knots and nautical archetypes.

Extending this vision into our editorial, we weave a sense of blur and entanglement—where figures intertwine, tensions build, and gestures dissolve into obscurity. Through the relationships between bodies and knots, the images create a feeling of unspoken intimacy, a quiet dialogue of attraction, distance, and the unseen forces that pull us together.
